Pricing Built for Produce Wholesale.
Produce costs change with every delivery, and a wholesaler selling to hundreds of customers cannot reprice line by line. Mango sets each customer's price from your cost and their price band, so when you update a cost, every price list that depends on it follows.
Custom prices for key accounts sit on top, and the same price shows in the customer's ordering portal, on the order and on the invoice, so there is never a question over what was quoted.
Common Questions.
How are customer prices set?
Each customer belongs to a price band. Their price is your cost plus that band's uplift, unless you have set a custom price for them on that product.
What happens when my buying price changes?
Recent purchase costs show beside each product, so you can see what has moved. Update the cost once and every band's price for that product updates with it.
Can I price split cases differently?
Yes. Whole cases and loose units are priced separately, with an optional uplift on split cases that you switch on for each product.
Can I send customers a price list?
Yes. Mango produces a price list for each price band as a document you can send to your customers.
Do customers see each other's prices?
No. Each customer only ever sees their own prices, in the portal and on their documents.
