Mango's ordering portal is made for fruit and veg wholesalers, produce distributors and catering suppliers whose customers reorder every day: restaurants, cafés, pubs, hotels, schools and care homes. Each customer signs in to your own branded site, sees only the products you choose to show them at the prices you have set, and orders around your delivery days and cut-off times.
It works as a food wholesale ordering app on any phone or tablet, added to the home screen with your name and logo, and as a full website on the office computer. Because it is part of Mango rather than a separate add-on, there is nothing to sync: an order placed at midnight is in your order list, ready to allocate and pack, when you start the day.
Common Questions.
Can customers order from their phone?
Yes. The portal works in any modern browser and can be added to a phone's home screen as an app carrying your name and logo. Customers can also order from a tablet or a desktop computer.
Does each customer see their own prices?
Yes. Every customer sees the prices from their own price band, or any custom prices you have set for them, in the portal and on their invoices.
Can I choose which products each customer sees?
Yes. You can hide products, or individual units of a product, from particular customers, and offer pre-order items alongside the live range.
Can I set a minimum order value and a cut-off time?
Yes. Minimum order values, order cut-off times and blocked delivery dates are set once and checked when the order is placed, so late or undersized orders do not slip through.
Who can use the portal?
Only the customers you approve, plus your own team. The portal shows nothing until a customer has signed in to their account.
